丝绸之路经济带是中国扩大向西开放的区域合作平台,呈现出渐次演进的发展进程,具有地域性、互利性与综合性的特征。当前,影响丝绸之路经济带发展的因素纷繁复杂,但丝绸之路经济带国家的合作共识要大于分歧。对中国而言,丝绸之路经济带建设有助于扩大国际影响力、拓展国家战略纵深以及促进西部经济发展。为此,中国需要采取平等互利、统筹兼顾、循序渐进与"走出去"等策略,积极采取应对措施,构造有益丝绸之路经济带发展的战略格局。

Silk road economic belt strategy complies with opening up, which refl ects gradualness of development and have distinctive native features, mutual benefit and synthesis. Currently, the factors infl uencing the Silk Road Economic Belt development are complex, but China-Central Asia enhances understanding and reduces differences. As for China, Silk Road Economic Belt helps to improve infl uences of China in Central Asia, expand strategic sales and promotes West China economic development. Thus, China should adopts many Strategies of cooperation, over-all consideration, step by step and walking out, puts commensurate effort to further China＇s development.
