长吉图先导区金融支持对策探究

2009年8月,国务院批复《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要--以长吉图为开发开放先导区》,长吉图开发开放上升为国家战略,并定位为我国沿边开发开放的重要区域、我国面向东北亚开放的重要门户、东北亚经济技术合作的重要平台。先导区包括长春市、吉林市部分区域和延边朝鲜族自治州。沿交通轴线布局,区域面积约7.3万平方公里,总人口1090万,均占全省的40%。当前,面临新一轮对外开放和现代化建设的诸多机遇与挑战,金融支持的有效跟进必将对先导区的乘势发展起到积极的推动作用。

In August 2009, the State Council approved the ＂China Cooperation in Tumen River Area Development Plan - to develop Changjitu Pictured pilot zone＂, Changjitu development and opening up to the national strategy and positioning for the development and opening of border important region, an important gateway to Northeast Asia open, an important platform for economic and technological cooperation in Northeast Asia. Pilot area includes part of the region, Changchun City, Jilin and Vanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. Traffic along the axis of the layout, with an area of about 73,000 square kilometers, with a total population of 10.9 million, account for 40% of the province.
