汇率影响下的跨境资金流动——以吉林省为例

Cross-border Capital Flows under the Influence of Exchange Rate—— From the Perspective of Jilin Province

随着人民币汇率形成机制改革的推进、人民币逐步取得国际地位的同时,人民币汇率进入了新的时期,汇率波动将越来越受到市场因素的影响。境内外人民币汇差、汇率预期等汇率因素将影响跨境资金流动方向及规模。吉林省作为以农业为第一产业的欠发达地区,多年来在对外经贸、金融、证券、保险等第三产业的发展也蒸蒸日上,引进外资、发展多边经济的同时,积极贯彻落实国务院"走出去"、"一带一路"战略规划,大力扶植、鼓励企业"走出去"。随着多方面的发展,吉林省跨境资金流动规模呈现快速上升趋势,跨境流出增速高于跨境流入,且显现出汇率对跨境流出存在一定影响。

Jilin Province as to agriculture for the less developed areas in the first industry, over the years in the development of foreign trade, finance, securities, insurance and other tertiary industry is booming, the introduction of foreign capital, development of multilateral economic and, to actively implement the going out＂ of the State Council, ＂along the way＂ strategic planning, support, encourage enterprises to ＂go out＂. With the development of many aspects, the scale of cross-border capital flows in Jilin province shows a rapid upward trend, the growth rate of cross-border outflow is higher than the cross-border inflows, and showed a certain impact on the exchange rate of cross-border outflow.
