摘要
目的研究PBL+CBL相结合的方法在创伤急救教学中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样法将骨科轮转医师分成两组。对照组25名学生在教学中应用传统的教学法进行教学。试验组25名学生在教学中应用CBL和PBL教学相结合的方法进行教学。两组的教学内容为创伤院内急救中常见的抗休克与止血、损伤控制。比较两组学生理论考试、技能考核成绩,调查学生对CBL和PBL教学相结合方法的认可程度。两组间均数比较采用t检验。结果反馈问卷及出科考试结果显示,PBL+CBL组高于传统教学组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL+CBL教学有助于提高教学质量,培养了学生临床思维和分析、解决问题的能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of scene teaching with problem–based learning(PBL) in first aid of trauma teaching. Methods 92 students were randomly divided into two groups control group(n=96) was taught by traditional teaching method and experimental group(n=96) by scene teaching with PBL. Teaching contents were cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid of trauma and bleeding control. The outcomes of theoretic examination and technique examination were compared between the two groups and teaching effects were investigated. Data of two groups were analyzed by using t-test. Results The result in experimental group were better than that of in control group, P0.05. the scene teaching with PBL teaching method was recognition By 92.7l% of students. Conclusion The scene teaching with PBL could encourage the study interest Of students improve the ability to analysis problem cultivate team spirit and elevate the ability of practice.
