医学生批判性思维倾向的国内研究现状和进展

Domestic Research Status and Development of the Critical Thinking Tendency of Medical Students

生命科学的学科性质、医学模式的转换以及新型医学人才的培养要求决定了医学生养成批判性思维的重要性。医学生批判性思维须在理论课程与临床实践的学习过程中不断渗入,并在今后的医学工作中逐渐加强。就医学生批判性思维的相关文献进行了初步整理,总结了批判性思维问卷调查和教学实践研究的现状和进展,以期给医学教育研究及改革提供参考。

The importance of critical thinking for medical students is determined by the nature of life science, the shift of medical model and the requirement of training new medical talents. The critical thinking should be permeated constantly among medical students in the process of learning theoretical courses and clinical practice and strengthened gradually in the future medical work. This paper studies relative references on medical students＇ critical thinking, and summarizes the status quo and development of questionnaires and instructional practices on critical thinking with the aim to provide possible insight to the studies and reforms of medical education.
