甘露醇治疗青光眼患者导致的不良反应与护理分析

Adverse Reactions and Nursing Analysis of Patients With Mannitol in Treatment of Glaucoma

目的探讨甘露醇治疗青光眼患者常见的不良反应以及护理措施。方法选取我院收治的甘露醇治疗青光眼时出现不良反应患者24例作为研究对象,回顾分析本组患者临床资料并总结其护理措施。结果本组24例不良反应患者中,急性肺水肿5例、急性肾衰竭6例、急性颅内压降低6例以及水电解质紊乱患者7例,经治疗护理后均痊愈出院。结论给予甘露醇治疗青光眼患者导致的不良反应对症护理措施具有良好的临床效果,可有效改善患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the common adverse reactions and nursing measures of mannitol in treating glaucoma patients. Methods 24 cases of adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with glaucoma were selected as the research object, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the nursing measures were summarized. Results 24 cases of adverse reactions, 5 cases of acute pulmonary edema, 6 cases of acute renal failure, 6 cases of acute intracranial pressure reduction and 7 cases of water electrolyte disorders were cured and discharged after treatment. Conclusion The treatment of patients with glaucoma caused by mannitol has a good clinical effect, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with glaucoma.
