肾性高血压患者首剂应用降压药的护理分析

Nursing Analysis of the First Dose of Antihypertensive Drugs in Patients With Renal Hypertension

目的探究肾性高血压患者首剂应用降压药的护理方法和应用效果。方法选取52例肾性高血压患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各组均26例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用综合护理干预,观察比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者首剂效应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05),治疗依从率较对照组高(P<0.05),数据比较均存在统计学差异。结论肾性高血压患者采用首剂降压药治疗,并采用综合护理干预,可有效提高患者治疗依从性,降低首剂效应发生率,护理效果良好。

Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of application of antihypertensive drugs in patients with renal hypertension. Methods 52 patients with renal hypertension were selected, the random number method was divided into 26 cases in the control group and the observation group, patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care, the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, the nursing effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The first dose effect of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P0.05）,the treatment compliance rate was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）,There were statistically significant differences in data. Conclusion Renal hypertension patients with the first dose of antihypertensive drug treatment, and using comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, reduce the incidence rate of the first dose effect, which has good nursing effect.
