一起鸡坏死性肠炎与球虫病混合感染的诊疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Necrotic Enteritis and Coccidiosis Co-infection in Roman Powder Laying Hens

对湖北省宜昌市某鸡场送检的6只病鸡进行了病理剖检、球虫粪检及病原菌的分离鉴定试验。剖检病鸡可见小肠、盲肠胀气,小肠黏膜增厚、溃疡、有散在出血点,盲肠内有血色稀便;盲肠粪便涂片镜检可见大量球虫卵囊;从小肠内容物中分离鉴定到A型产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium perfringens)。结合临床症状,诊断该起病例为鸡坏死性肠炎与球虫的混合感染。

In June 2014,more than 200 Roman powder laying hens with only 63 day-old were dead because of the outbreak of an acute deaths in Yichang, Hubei.The hens were apathetic, loss of appetite, and steak dark red thin stool. In order to diagnose the desease, To send the samples of 6 sick chicken pathologic autopsy, coccidium droppings inspection, separation and identification of pathogenic bacteria.Results show that the autopsy sick chicken intestine and caecum bilge gas, thickening of the small intestinal mucosa, ulcers, there are a lot of pinpoint petechiae, appendix there were bloody stools. Appendix fe-ces smear microscopy is a lot of chicken ball egg sac. From the small intestine contents identification to type A Clostrisium perfringens.It was confirmed that the cases were caused by necrotic enteritis and coccidiosis mixed infection according to above-mentioned laboratory test results and clinical symptoms.
