摘要
通过超临界二氧化碳萃取技术(SFE-CO_2)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以甲醇-水(70∶30,V/V)为流动相,对钩藤碱进行分析。研究表明,方法回归方程为y=7.000 0×10^(-8)x-0.000 6(R^2=0.994),即钩藤碱浓度在0.015~0.022 mol/m L内呈良好的线性关系。该分析方法快速、简单、灵敏,具有良好的准确度和精密度,可用于钩藤碱常规分析检验。
The analysis of rhynchophylline by the means of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology and high perfor-mance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analytic method with methanol and water (70:30,V/V ) as mobile phase. The results showed that regression equation for y=7.000 0×10-8x-0.000 6 (R2=0.994), and the linear relationship was good in the region of 0.015~0.015 mol/mL. The analysis method was rapid, simple, sensitive and has good accuracy and precision, can be used for routine analysis of rhynchophylline.
