基于PLC的香蕉秸秆切片机的优化设计

摘要 在传统香蕉秸秆切片机的基础上设计一种以PLC数字控制系统为核心技术的全自动控制系统,该系统主要是通过液压驱动系统实现进给、传送、切削等操作,达到连续切片的要求,同时通过PLC技术对液压驱动系统实现调节传送距离、进给量以及控制系统的启动、停止等过程,达到香蕉秸秆切片机全自动控制的效果。此系统的应用不仅能够提高香蕉秸秆切片机工作的效率,满足香蕉秸秆生产需求,提高香蕉秸秆再利用率,同时对降低劳动力,提高香蕉产业的经济效益和社会效益也尤为重要。 An automatic control system of the core technology of PLC digital control system based on the traditional banana straw slicing machine was designed. The system is mainly through the hydraulic drive system to achieve feeding, transmis-sion, cutting and other operations to achieve the requirements of continuous slicing, and through the PLC technology to achieve the hydraulic drive system to adjust the transmission distance, feed rate and control system to start, stop and other processes, to achieve the full automatic control of banana straw. The application of this system can not only improve the effi-ciency of banana straw slicing machine, meet the needs of banana straw production, improve the utilization rate of banana straw, but also reduce the labor force, improve the economic benefit and social benefit of banana industry.
