硬叶斯垂科特组培快繁体系的建立 被引量:1

摘要 采用未成熟种子作为外植体,研究了硬叶斯垂科特(Tillandsia stricta Rigid)的组培快繁方法。结果表明,种子萌发的最佳培养基为1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IAA+80 g/L土豆汁+25 g/L蔗糖+6 g/L琼脂,40 d后,种子萌发率达89%;增殖培养基为1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IAA+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+80 g/L土豆汁+30 g/L蔗糖+6g/L琼脂,50 d后的增殖率达2.03;生根培养40 d后的小苗高1 cm左右,移栽成活率可达95%以上。 The immature seeds were used as explants to research methods of tissue culture system from Tillanssia stricta Rigid. The results showed that the best media for seed germination was 1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IAA+80 g/L potato juice+25 g/L sucrose+6 g/L agar, seed germination rate reached 89% T. stricta from A2 medium formula after 40 days; and proliferation medium was 1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IAA+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+80 g/L potato juice+30 g/L sucrose+6 g/L agar,the proliferation rate was 2.03 after 50 days. Seedlings height was about 1 cm in rooting culture after 40 days, the transplanting survival rate may reach above 95%.
