基于FANP方法的循环农业绿色供应链绿色度评价模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 农产品供应链管理是保证农产品质量安全的关键。将"绿色"引入农产品供应链管理中,将传统供应链的评价指标体系与农产品产业特征相结合,重新构建了由6个一级指标和19个二级指标构成的评价指标体系,并采用模糊层次分析法(FANP)构建了绩效评价模型,最后以此模型进行实证分析。结果表明,企业并不是造成农产品供应链绿色水平偏低的惟一主体;农产品供应链绿色水平的提高,需要企业、政府和中介组织三方的共同努力;政府除了需要通过政策对绿色经济发展进行有效引导之外,还需要在技术和资金方面给予企业一定的支持,而中介组织体系的完善,将有助于政府、企业和市场之间建立紧密的关系。 Agricultural products supply chain management is the key to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural prod-ucts. The study combined the evaluation index system of the traditional supply chain with industry characteristics of agricul-tural products, brought the green factor into agricultural products supply chain management, and built the evaluation index system which included 6 primary indexes and 19 secondary indexes. The article used FANP method to build the performance evaluation model and made the example analysis in this model. The analysis showed that enterprises were not the only subject to make the green level of agricultural products supply chain lower. Improving the green level of agricultural products supply chain needs joint efforts of enterprises, government and intermediary organizations. The government not only needs to lead the green economy development through policy, but also to support the enterprises in technology and capital. And improving in-termediary organization system is helpful to contribute a close relationship between the government, enterprise and market.
