摘要
企业的基层管理者是企业承上启下的最关键环节,一方面维系着员工队伍的稳定、敬业,同时将企业的战略决策通过自己的行动落实到日常的管理中去,另一方面通过对Q12测量指标的使用,能更好地培养基层管理者的人本精神。
