脑电图在过敏性紫癜合并脑损伤患儿中的应用

APPLICATION OF EEG IN CHILDREN WITH ANAPHYLACTOID PURPURA WITH BRAIN INJURIES

目的:探讨脑电图在儿童过敏性紫癜合并脑损伤中的应用。方法:选择临床确诊过敏性紫癜患儿155例,均行脑电图检查。结果:155例中64例异常,异常率为41.2%,EEG异常表现为在该年龄段正常脑波的基础上出现的弥漫性或局限性的高波幅δ、θ波,过度换气诱发试验出现同步高波幅δ、θ波。结论:脑电图在过敏性紫癜患儿的诊疗过程中能早期准确地评估脑功能受损情况。

Objective： To investigate the application of EEG in children with anaphylactoid purpura with brain injuries. Methods：EEG was examined in 155 children with anaphylactoid purpura. Results： In 155 cases, 64 cases were abnormal, the abnormal rate was 41.2%. On the age of normal EEG based, abnormality of EEG was diffusing or limited high amplitude delta, theta wave, in excessive ventilation test induced appeared synchronous high amplitude delta and theta wave. Conclusion： EEG can accurately assess the damage of brain function in the early stage in children with anaphylactoid purpura.
