奥曲肽联合质子泵抑制剂治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的Meta分析

Effect of Octretide combined with proton pump inhibitor in treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding: a Meta-analysis

目的评价奥曲肽联合质子泵抑制剂(proton pumpinhibitor,PPI)治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,NVUGIB)的效果。方法计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、Cochrane Library、Pubmed等中英文数据库中关于奥曲肽联合PPI治疗NVUGIB的随机对照试验(RCT)。由3名研究者对文献质量进行严格评价及资料提取,对符合质量标准的RCT进行Meta分析。结果总共纳入相关文献7篇,包括679例NVUGIB患者。Meta分析结果显示:奥曲肽联合PPI治疗NVUGIB总有效率高于单用PPI,24 h内显效率高于单用PPI。结论奥曲肽联合PPI治疗NVUGIB效果好,优于单用PPI。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Octreotide combined with proton pump inhibitor （PPI） in treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding （NVUGIB）. Methods RCTs about Octretide combined with PPI treating NVUGIB were reviewed in Chinese and English datebase such as CNKI, Vepsa, WanFang, Cochrane Library, Pubmed. The quality of RCTs was critical appraised and data were extracted by 3 reviewers independently. Meta-analysis was con- ducted for the eligible RCTs. Results A sum of seven RCTs were collected, included 679 patients with NVUGIB. Me- ta-analysis showed that Octretide combined with PPI in treatment of NVUGIB was more effective than PPI alone, and the 24 h efficiency was higher than PPI alone. Conclusion The effect of Octretide combined with PPI in treatment of NVUGIB is better than PPI alone.
