北京市碳排放交易试点MRV体系研究

Research on the MRV System of Beijing Carbon Market

自2011年底,我国发展与改革委员会正式批准7个省市开展碳交易试点工作。北京是第一批碳交易试点之一,本文对其碳排放交易模式和方法进行研究,分析试点的先进做法。

The national development and reform commission of China（NDRC） has approved seven provinces/cities to launch the carbon trade pilot work since the end of 2011. Beijing is one of the first batch of carbon trade pilot projects, this paper studies the carbon trade mode and method of Beijing.
