摘要
食品安全问题是世界各国政府面临的一大社会问题,食品安全与否反映出一个国家的社会法制环境是否健康运行。近年来,我国食品安全事故屡屡发生,引起了全世界的关注,如何确保老百姓的生活安全,如何保证中国食品出口在世界上的信誉,已成为中国政府管理的一项重要任务。而美国在食品安全监督体制方面积累了丰富的经验,已经建立了较为完整的"从田头到餐桌"的食品安全保障体系,值得我国食品安全立法工作借鉴。
Food safety is a big social issue across the world, which reflects the social and legal environment of a country. In recent years, incidents on food safety have occurred so frequently that they attract worldwide attention. How to ensure the life safety of ordinary people and how to ensure the credibility of Chinese food exports in the world has become an important task of the Chinese government. We should draw lessons from the food safety legislative work in the U.S., which has established a relatively complete "plow-to-table" food security system and accumulated rich experience in food safety supervision system.
