摘要
骨存储生长因子又称骨源性生长因子,是大量存在于骨中的一系列生长因子。这些生长因子由存在于骨中的细胞分泌,正常情况下维持稳态,发生骨转移时,一方面癌细胞分泌骨存储生长因子,另一方面癌细胞影响骨中其他细胞分泌骨存储生长因子,都会造成骨存储生长因子分泌量失衡。其中一些骨存储生长因子失衡,如转化生长因子-β和胰岛素样生长因子分泌量增加,其可加速溶骨性损害。近年来,随着对肿瘤转移微环境研究的加深,骨存储生长因子成为研究热点,为了加深对这些生长因子作用机制的了解,本文就目前骨存储生长因子与肿瘤骨转移的研究进展作一综述。
Bone is a storehouse of a variety of growth factors,which are called bone-stored growth factors or bone-derived growth factors. These growth factors secrete by the cells in the bone,which maintain homeostasis under normal circumstances. Both cancer cells and other stromal cells can secrete bone-stored growth factors after bone metastasis. The above action will all lead to inner imbalance of bone growth factor secretion. Imbalance of bone-stored growth factors,such as the increasing production of transforming growth factor beta and insulin-like growth factor,which can accelerate osteolytic damage. In recent years,with the deepening of research on tumor metastasis microenvironment,bone-stored growth factors become the hot spot. In order to have a further understanding of the mechanism of these growth factors,we focus on the bone-stored growth factors and current knowledge of bone metastases tumor in this review.
