摘要
笔者分别采用CaCl_2/H_2O、CaCl_2/H_2O/乙醇两种溶解体系对脱胶后的丝素蛋白进行溶解,在溶解前对丝素蛋白进行不同时间的溶胀处理,以探究溶胀时间对丝素蛋白溶解性的影响,通过SEM观察丝素溶解的变化。结果表明,丝素的溶解度随着溶胀时间和溶解时间的增加而增加,溶解呈现先快后缓慢上升的趋势,通过SEM可清晰地观察到丝素溶液中纤维的变化情况。试验证明,在CaCl_2/H_2O/乙醇三元溶解体系中由于加入了有机溶剂乙醇,比起相同条件下的CaCl_2/H_2O二元体系,丝素的溶解度有加大提升。可见,乙醇对丝素溶解起促进作用。
CaCl2/H2O and CaCl2/H20/ethanol system were adopted to dissolve silk fibroin, silk fibroin swelling of different time process- ing before the procedure ,the effect of different Swelling time on solubility of Silk fibroin were discussed, and SEM was applied to char- acterize the silk fibroin solutions. The results indicated that the solubility of silk fibroin was increased with the increase of the Swelling time and dissolution time, and the speed of dissolution was higher at first than afterwards. SEM results showed that fibrous structure could be clearly observed the silk fibroin in different system. Experimental results show that dissolved in the ternary system by adding or- ganic solvents as ethanol, under the same conditions than the calcium chloride / water binary system, to increase the solubility of fibroin enhanced visibility of the fibroin solution of ethanol play a catalytic role.
