血管紧张素转换酶2-血管紧张素-(1-7)-Mas受体轴与血管内皮细胞凋亡 被引量:2

摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统经典轴血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)-血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ-血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(angiotensin 1 receptor,AT1R)在血管疾病致病机制中发挥重要作用。ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas受体轴与ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R轴是一对负向调节轴,其通过抑制血管内皮细胞凋亡和平滑肌细胞凋亡,改善血管内皮功能、抑制血管重构,可能成为治疗血管性疾病的前景治疗靶点。
