41例颅内单发动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗体会

The treatment experience on 41 cases of interventional embolism cure intracalvarium single aneurysm

目的总结41例颅内单发破裂动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗过程,指导临床工作。方法回顾性分析2014年1-7月本院经介入栓塞治疗的41例急性出血期颅内单发动脉瘤的治疗经过。结果 41例颅内单发动脉瘤介入栓塞成功40例,成功率为97.56%,41例中28例宽颈动脉瘤采用支架辅助栓塞技术,其中1例支架辅助栓塞术中发生弹簧圈脱逃,改为开颅血管内取圈并动脉瘤夹闭术,无致死病例,术后经过6个月至1年的随访,未发现动脉瘤复发。结论颅内单发动脉瘤介入栓塞技术相对成熟,但作为手术医师,不仅需要掌握介入栓塞技术,更需要熟练掌握开颅动脉瘤夹闭术,作为技术后盾,采取相应措施治疗并发症。

Objective To review 41 cases of ruptured intracranial aneurysms single embolization procedures,clinical work. Method A retrospective analysis of January 2014 to July our department after embolization of 41 cases of acute bleeding intracranial aneurysm treatment of single pass. Result Forty-one cases of intracranial aneurysm embolization solitary success in 40 cases,the success rate was 97. 56%,41 cases in 28 cases of wide-necked aneurysms using stents assisted embolization technique,which takes one case of stent assisted coil embolization escape,take the inner circle to cranial blood vessels and aneurysm surgery,no case of fatal cases of disability,after 6 months to 1 year follow-up found no aneurysm recurrence. Conclusion Intracranial aneurysm embolization single technology is relatively mature,but as surgeons,interventional technology not only need to know,need to master cranial aneurysm surgery,as technical support,to take appropriate measures to treat complications.
