表面处理方法和粘接剂种类对钛网-硅橡胶90°剥离粘接强度的影响

摘要 目的:探讨表面处理方法和粘接剂种类对钛网-硅橡胶90°剥离粘接强度的影响。方法:钛网表面分别选用打磨、打磨+喷砂、打磨+喷砂+Perm abond PO P的表面处理方式,粘接剂选用Perm abond 731、Perm abond 4C 10两种,参照G B/T 7760-2003测定钛网和硅橡胶之间的90°剥离粘接强度,并采用光学显微镜观察粘接界面的破坏类型。结果:不同表面处理组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),C组(2.41±0.22N/m)显著高于B组(1.27±0.18k N/m)和A组(0.61±0.05 k N/m);F组(3.36±0.34k N/m)显著高于E组(1.84±0.20k N/m)和D组(0.79±0.10k N/m)。两种粘结剂组间剥离粘接强度具有统计学差异,Perm abond 4C 10剥离粘接强度显著高于Perm abond 731(P<0.05)。同时,粘结剂种类和表面处理方法间有交互效应(P<0.05),表面喷砂联合使用Perm abond PO P底涂剂后,采用Perm abond 4C 10粘接的试件组剥离粘接强度最大。剥离粘接强度测试试样破坏模式A组到F组试样内聚破坏率依次为0%,0%,20%,0%,0%,60%。结论:表面处理方法和粘接剂种类都是钛网与硅橡胶之间的90°剥离粘接强度的相关因素。打磨、喷砂和底涂剂联合使用是一种更有效的表面处理方式。Perm abond 4C 10的粘接性能优于Perm abond 731。 Objectiv: To study the influence of different surface treatment methods and adhesive types on peel bond strength between titanium mesh and silicone rubber. Methods: Grinding, grinding + sandblasting, grinding + sandblasting +Permabond POP on the surface of titanium mesh were selected. Two kinds of adhesive, including Permabond 731 and Permabond 4C10 were selected. Shear bond strength between titanium mesh and silicon rubber was determinated referring to GB/T 7760-2003 and damage type of was observed bonding interface with optical microscope. Results: There was a significant difference between the different surface treatment groups(P〈0.05). Group C(2.41±0.22 k N/m) was significantly higher than group B(1.27±0.18 k N/m) and group A(0.61±0.05 k N/m); Group F(3.36 ±0.34 k N/m) was significantly higher than group E(1.84±0.20 k N/m) and Group D(0.79±0.10 k N/m). Peel bond strength was significant different between two type of adhesive(P 0.05). There was an interactive effect between the adhesive type and surface treatment methods(P 0.05).Peel bond strength of Permabond 4C10 with Surface blasting and Permabond POP primer was maximum. From group A to group F, cohesive failure rates were 0%,0%,20%,0%,0%,60% in sequence. Conclusion: Both surface treatment methods and adhesive types were relevant factor of 90° peel bond strength, and Adhesive properties of Permabond 4C10 is superior than that of Permabond 731. Grinding, sandblasting combining appropriate primer on titanium mesh surface can improve shear bond strength, and which is an effective surface treatments.
