摘要
微信营销是随着通讯技术的发展而产生的一种新型点对点的营销方式。虽然目前企业对微信营销热度较高,但是实际营销效果较差。因此,企业如何开展微信精准营销成为当前一个重要议题。阐述了微信营销的六种模式以及精准营销的优势,介绍社会化媒体环境下微信精准营销存在的三个问题,针对其存在的问题提出相对应的解决对策:注重粉丝质量,增加粉丝互动、深度分析数据,完善微信CRM系统、合理推送信息,提高微信信息传播价值、与其他平台合作,实现互利共赢。
We Chat marketing is a new type of point to point of marketing with the development of communication technology and produce. Although the We Chat marketing heat is higher, but the actual marketing effect is poorer. Therefore, how to develop We Chat precision marketing is especially important. Firstly the article expounds the six We Chat marketing mode, and the advantages of precision marketing, and then introduces the social media environment We Chat three problems of precision marketing, finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures aimed at the existing problems : pay attention to the quality of fan, fan interaction, in - depth analysis of the data, improve the CRM system, reasonable push information and improve We Chat information dissemination value, cooperate with other platforms, achieve mutual benefit and win -win results.
