基于黄热病疫苗不良反应下的出境人员疫苗接种探讨

Exploration of vaccination based on yellow fever vaccine adverse reactions for exit people

目的探讨基于黄热病疫苗不良反应构建下的出境人员接种效果及不良反应评估。方法选取2005年1月-2014年12月间在福建国际旅行卫生保健中心福清分中心疫苗接种室进行预防接种的出境人员共13 300人次,收集接种产生不良反应患者的信息,并对其病理反应进行流行病学分析。结果共收集接种疫苗相关的不良反应患者2 086例,一般反应发生率为15.50%,异常反应发生率为0.19%,主要的临床症状为局部红肿、周身发热等。结论黄热病疫苗接种后不良反应主要有局部红肿、周身发热、全身乏力等,基本和预期的结果保持一致。

Objective Based on construction of yellow fever vaccine adverse effects, the adverse reactions for exit people were investigated and assessed. Methods The total 13 300 samples of exit people were selected from Fujian International Travel Healthcare Center Fuqing branch center vaccination rooms between January 2005 and December2014, the information about patient＇s vaccination adverse reactions were collected, and the epidemiology of pathological reactions were analyzed. Results There were 2 086 cases of vaccine-related adverse reactions in patients from 13 300 samples, the general rate of vaccine adverse was about 15.50%, and the abnormal reactions was about 0.19%, the main clinical symptoms were local swelling and fever. Conclusion Symptoms of yellow fever vaccine adverse after vaccination were mainly local swelling, aches, fever, malaise, the result was basically consistent with the expectation.
