国际航行船舶工作人员埃博拉出血热相关知识知晓率及影响因素分析

Investigation of the awareness rate of Ebola hemorrhagic fever and its influential factors on international ocean ships staff

摘要 目的了解国际航行船舶工作人员埃博拉出血热相关知识知晓率及影响因素,为有针对性的防控提供参考。方法选择2014年10月至2015年1月入境的1 542名国际航行船舶工作人员为研究对象,收集其对于埃博拉出血热相关知识知晓情况,并筛查影响因素。结果埃博拉出血热相关知识知晓率为61.0%(941/1 542),知晓率随着学历的增加而呈现上升的趋势(P<0.05)。多因素logistics回归分析结果可见影响知晓率的因素包括船员国籍、职务、工作年限及学历(P<0.05)。结论国际航行船舶工作人员埃博拉出血热相关知识知晓率有待提升,应重点关注低学历船员、工作年限短船员及普通船员。 Objective To investigate the awareness rate of Ebola hemorrhagic fever and its influential factors on entry international ocean ships staff, and provide a reference for Ebola hemorrhagic fever prevention. Methods 1 542 staff were selected from October 2014 to January 2015. To assess how well the staff know about Ebola hemorrhagic fever and analyze its influential factors. Results The awareness rate about Ebola hemorrhagic fever was 61.0%(941/1 542). The awareness rate had an upward tendency with higher academic qualifications(P〈0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed influential factors include: nationality, rank of job, educational background and work Experience(P〈0.05). Conclusion The awareness rate of Ebola hemorrhagic fever on entry international ocean ships staff need to be raised, the staff with lower education level, low-ranking and short- work experience should be paid more attention.
