民办高职院校师资队伍建设现状、问题及对策研究——以江苏省为例

Analysis of the Current Situation, Problems and Measures for the Faculty of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

发展民办高等职业教育是促进现代职业教育体系良性运转的重要环节,而培育一支适应新体系新常态下的师资队伍则是其中的关键点。通过调研,重点分析了江苏省民办高等职业院校师资队伍建设的现状,并力图剖析问题背后的深层原因,从三个层面提出了解决建议,旨在为后续研究提供参考依据。

It is an important link to develop private higher vocational education in the modern vocational education system, in which the key is the training of the faculty in the new normal. The research group makes a survey of the current situation of the faculty of private higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province and analyzes the reasons for the problems. In addition, some proposals are put forward from three aspects to offer reference for further research.
