对非文化从业者职业能力培训现状探析

A Status Analysis of Vocational Capacity Training for the African in Culture Field

为推动中非新型战略合作伙伴关系进一步深化,文化部近年来开展了一系列对来自非洲的文化从业者的职业能力培训项目,这些培训项目不仅有效提升了非洲学员的职业能力,也在客观上为中国文化走进非洲创造了条件,有利于提升我国的文化软实力。对相关培训项目实施情况进行研究考察,有助于总结和分析培训工作所取得的成效及所面临的问题和挑战,从而提出具有针对性的政策建议,推动中国对非文化从业者的职业能力培训工作深入开展。

With the purpose of further promoting the new type of China-Africa strategic partnership, Ministry- of Culture of China has carried out a series of vocational capacity training programs for African countries in cultural sectors in recent years. These programs not only efficiently enhance the vocational capacity of African trainees but also contribute to the promotion of Chinese culture in Africa and the enhancement of China＇s soft power in African countries. A critical study of these training programs will help bring out a better understanding of the current development and challenges which could inform policy making and thus contribute to the improvement and further development of China＇s vocational capacity training programs for African personnel working in cultural sectors in the future.
