摘要
为了解服务行业从业人员的职业认同与情绪耗竭情形,并进一步探讨职业认同与情绪耗竭是否相关,采用匿名式问卷调查法,以与顾客直接接触的第一线服务人员为研究样本的研究结果表明:员工的职业认同与情绪耗竭处于一般水平;职业认同与情绪耗竭在年龄、职位、教育程度及工龄等方面呈显著差异;职业认同与情绪耗竭呈显著负相关。
With the service staff in direct contact with customers in service industry as the researching samples, this paper uses an anonymous questionnaire to learn about the current situation of the erviee staff's career identity and emotional exhaustion and further survey the relevance between them.. The results show that career identity and emotional exhaustion are at the general level; career identity and emotional exhaustion are significantly different in age, position, income and length of service; there is significantly negative correlation between career identity and emotional exhaustion.
