江苏省中高职“3+3”分段课程衔接的特色探析——以旅游管理专业为例

Feature Analysis of "3+3" Sectional Curriculum Conncection in Voctional Training in Jiangsu Province——Taking Tourism Management as Example

在江苏省现代职业教育体系建设试点背景下,选取中高职"3+3"分段项目中的旅游管理专业为研究对象,采用文本分析法对职业学校旅游管理专业的人才培养方案进行分析,发现试点中的中高职旅游管理专业"3+3"分段衔接课程在目标与内容方面已具备了自身的特色,如课程目标在层次上呈现一体化、在定位上具有明确性的特点;课程体系在组织上遵循均衡性与灵活性并举原则、在整合方面呈现螺旋式与直线式并存的特点。同时,也对衔接试点过程中出现的一些问题进行了思考。

With the background of the pilot program of modern vocational education system in Jiangsu Province, this paper is a study of the tourism management in vocational schools and colleges in the ＂3＋3＂staging project. An analysis of the talents training plan for tourism management shows that the ＂3 ＋3＂ staging connection courses has developed its own features in terms of objective and content, like integrated and clearly defined objective, balanced and flexible curium, and spiral and linear integration, etc. There is also discussion about some problems in the connection of the pilot program.
