Study on clinical application of balloon dilatation of eustachian tube

摘要 目的探讨咽鼓管球囊扩张术(balloon eustachian tuboplasty,BET)临床应用效果。方法选择41例咽鼓管功能性闭塞(均为单侧)患者,在取得患者知情同意情况下,按随机分配原则分成对照组(咽鼓管导管吹张法治疗,20例)和治疗组(BET治疗,21例)。结果两组术后并发症采用χ2检验行统计学分析,治疗组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程不适感有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组产生的不适感显著低于对照组。结论 BET操作简便、术后效果好、反应轻、复发率低、给临床治疗咽鼓管功能性闭塞提供了新方法,值得临床推广应用。 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of balloon dilatation of eustachian tube.Methods41cases"nbsp;of eustachian tube dysfunction(eustachian tube function of occlusion)patients,according to the principle of random distribution,and obtain the patient&#39;s informed consent,divided into the control group(Eustachian tube catheter group, 20 cases were enrolled,patients were unilateral)and treat-ment group(Eustachian tube balloon dilation in the treatment group,21 cases were enrolled,patients were unilateral). ResultsThe postoperative complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed byχ2 test(P〈0.05),and the dif-ference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant;the two groups were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.ConclusionEu-stachian tube balloon dilation operation is simple,good postoperative effect,light reaction,low recurrence rate,to clinical treat-ment of eustachian tube dysfunction(eustachian tube function of occlusion)provides a new method and it is worthy of clinical application.
