摘要
本文从儿童咽鼓管的结构特点出发,解释了儿童咽鼓管功能不良高发的原因;简要介绍了现有咽鼓管功能不良的治疗方法及优缺点,并对新近出现的咽鼓管球囊扩张技术的发展、适应证、疗效等方面进行回顾,提出这种技术可作为儿童咽鼓管功能不良的一种治疗手段,需要积累更多的临床数据验证。
By summarizing the pathogeny and pathological features of refractory otitis media with effusion and eustachian tube dysfunction,then combining it with the development history and application of balloon dilation eustachian tuboplasty,we explored the effects and application prospect of balloon dilation eustachian tuboplasty combining tympanotomy tube insertion in treating refractory otitis media with effusion.
