摘要
文章综述了不良事件的概念、范畴及不良事件的分级标准及不良事件的管理方法，指出建立安全分层管理组织机构，对不良事件的预防应用根本原因分析法、失效模式和效应及持续质量改进的管理方法以减少不良事件的发生。
This paper summarized the concept, categories, the standards and management method of bad nursing events, and pointed out that layered security management organization should be established. The method of root cause analysis, the failure mode and effect and the management of continuous quality improvement could be used to re- duce the incidence of the bad nursing cases.
