摘要
以废旧锂电池正极电解质、氧化铁为原料,利用固相法成功地制备了Li-Co铁氧体粉体。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度分析仪等分析了其物相、微观结构和形貌,用振动样品磁强计测量其室温下磁性能。结果表明:于700℃煅烧2 h,废旧锂电池电解质主要组成为LiCoO_2。基于Li-Co铁氧体化学计量比,称取废旧锂电池电解质和氧化铁,600℃微波煅烧3 h,可以获得尖晶石型Li-Co铁氧体粉体,平均颗粒尺寸约为2μm。室温下,样品磁滞回线显示了典型软磁材料特性,其比磁饱和强度和矫顽力分别为36.3 emu/g和134 Oe。
Using waste lithium battery and Fe2O3 as raw materials, Li-Co ferrite powder is successfully prepared by solid state method. The phase and microstructure are investigated by using XRD ,SEM as well as LP. Magnetic property is measured with vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) at room temperature. The results show that the content of black paste electrolyte is LiCoO2 ,as it is calcined at 700℃ for 2 hours. The spinel Li-Co ferrite powder is obtained by the waste lithium battery electrolyte and Fe2O3 powder calcined at 600℃ for 3 hours,The particle size of Li-Co ferrite powder is about 2 μm. The specific saturation magnetization and coercivity of sample are about 36. 3 emu/g and 134 Oe, respectively.
