摘要
介绍了包头市北郊水质净化厂除臭装置以及运行实践,除臭设备选择在生物滤池缺氧段放置生物培养箱,以污泥回流的方式进行全过程生物除臭工艺为主,在格栅以及脱水机房局部物理除臭工艺为辅的联合型除臭处理设施。实践运行结果表明,H2S的平均去除率达86.2%,NH3的平均去除率达到77.5%,整个厂区臭味感官指标达到一级。
The deodorization unit of Baotou northern suburban water purification plant and its practice are introduced. Among the deodorization unit, the biological incubators are chosen to be placed in the anoxic zone of biological filters. The entire biological deodorization by sludge return is predominant, which is combined with the physical local deodorization process with grid and dewatering room. The practical results show that removal rate of H/S and NH3 can reach 86. 2% and 77.5% ,respectively. The entire plant odor sensory index can achieve the first-level.
