摘要
目的探讨儿童嗜血细胞综合征的临床疗效。方法对15例儿童嗜血细胞综合征患儿的临床特点、治疗方法及临床疗效回顾性分析。结果15例患儿治疗后总治愈率80%(12/15),2例(13.3%)病变进展死亡,1例(6.7%)患儿症状改善不明显,后经过骨髓穿刺细胞学检查后,确诊为淋巴瘤。结论对于儿童嗜血细胞综合征及时诊断积极治疗后可以提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of childhood hemophagocytic syndrome. Methods Retrospective analysis clinical characteristics, treatmant and outcome of 15 childhood hemophagncytic Syndrome. Results 80% （12/15） childre achieve recovery in 15 childhood hemophagncytic syndrome, 2 eases （13.3%） died in therapeutic process and 1 cases （6.7%） due to insufficient relief of symptoms was diagnosed with lymphoma by cytological examination of bone marrow aspiration. Conclusion Prompt diagnosis and effective treatment can improve cure rates of childhood hemophagocytic syndrome.
