宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈鳞癌组织中HPV感染基因型的对比研究 被引量:3

Genotypes of HPV infection in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical squamous cell carcinoma: a comparative study

摘要 目的探讨江苏省女性宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因型别的分布情况及其临床意义。方法采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对135例宫颈CINⅠ级、117例宫颈CINⅡ级、220例宫颈CINⅢ级和344例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测,并对受检者进行相关资料分析。结果 135例宫颈CINⅠ级患者检出HPV感染者47例,感染率为34.82%(47/135);117例宫颈CINⅡ级患者检出HPV感染者70例,感染率为59.83%(70/117);220例宫颈CINⅢ级患者检出HPV感染者209例,感染率为95.00%(209/220);344例宫颈鳞癌患者检出HPV感染者308例,感染率为89.54%(308/344)。结论基因扩增结合基因芯片检测技术适用于宫颈组织标本,一次可检测23种HPV基因型别,对我国女性宫颈鳞状细胞癌和癌前病变HPV感染的防治及其疫苗的研究具有十分重要的意义。 Objective To explore the distributions of genotypes of human papillomavirus( HPV) infection in female cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Jiangsu and the clinical significance. Methods PCR combined with gene chip technology was used to detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes among 135 cases with CIN Ⅰ,117 cases with CIN Ⅱ,220 cases with CIN Ⅲ,and 344 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma; data of respondents was analyzed. Results Among 135 cases with CIN Ⅰ,47 cases were found with HPV infection,the infection rate was 34. 82%( 47 /135); among 117 cases with CIN Ⅱ,70 cases were found with HPV infection,the infection rate was 59. 83%( 70 /117); among 220 cases with CIN Ⅲ,209 cases were found with HPV infection,the infection rate was 95. 00%( 209 /220); among 344 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma,308 cases were found with HPV infection,the infection rate was 89. 54%( 308 /344). Conclusion PCR combined with gene chip technology is suitable for cervical specimens,which can detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes at the same time,the method has important significance in prevention and treatment of HPV infection in CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma and development of vaccine.
