MEA吸收剂与设备匹配性实验研究

摘要 吸收剂的性能与能耗制约着电厂烟气CO_2捕集的大规模推广,为推广其使用,采用实验的方法对吸收剂性能进行研究。以2-羟基乙胺(MEA)溶液为研究对象,采用搅拌装置考察了MEA溶液在不同浓度、温度下的吸收、解吸性能。实验结果表明:(1)15 wt%的MEA溶液对CO_2的吸收量较高,且具有较低的解吸能耗;(2)溶液温度80℃左右时,三种不同浓度的MEA溶液解吸速率均达到最高,且解吸速率随溶液浓度的增大而显著提高;(3)20 wt%的MEA溶液有较好的吸收速率。 The absorbent characteristics and renewable energy consumption restricts the technology of CO2 capture promotion, in order to promote this technology. The experimental apparatus can be used to study on absorbent characteristics. Make use of mixing round experimental apparatus to study on absorption and desorption characteristic of MEA in different concentrations, temperatures. Experimental results showed: (1) The MEA solution with the higher total absorption at 15 wt%, MEA with excellent absorption rate at 20wt%. (2) The CO2 desorption rate of MEA improves significantly with the increasing of absorbent con- centration, and reaches highest absorption rate at 80℃. (3)The MEA with a high absorption, desorption rate and degree of regeneration at 15 wt%, but also with the highest desorption enerzv consumption.
