摘要
为适应高职教育发展的新动向和学生工作的新需求,高职院校要以改革创新的精神,勇于正视自身辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题,基于辅导员队伍"三化"建设目标,始终围绕着"建设一支什么样的辅导员队伍,如何建设"进行深入探究。基于此,从建设研究型辅导员的视角来探讨辅导员队伍建设,梳理出当前辅导员"四个不适应"工作现状,进而提出新的路径选择。
In order to meet the new trend of higher vocational education development and the new requirements of students' work, sticking to the spirit of reform and innovation, higher vocational colleges should bravely face the problems in counselor team construc- tion and makes in-depth research into what kind of counselor team should be built and how to build it based on the goal of "Three Transformation". This paper mainly discusses counselor team construction from the perspective of building research counselors, sum- marizes the current work condition of "Four Inadapbilities" of counselors and then proposes the new wavs.
