乙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白病毒样颗粒作为疫苗载体的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白(hepatitis B virus core protein,HBc)可自发形成二十面体的病毒样颗粒(virus-like particles,VLPs)结构,VLPs结构有利于诱发特异性的体液和细胞免疫反应。将外源性抗原表位插入至HBc的N-末端、C-末端或其内部免疫显性区,可诱导机体产生针对外源性抗原的特异性免疫应答。本文对HBc作为疫苗载体的结构基础、设计方法、佐剂效应及其应用等内容作一综述。 Hepatitis B virus core protein(HBc) can form icosahedral virus-like particles(VLPs) spontaneously. The structure of VLPs was beneficial to the induction of specific humoral and cellular immune responses. The insertion of exogenous antigen epitope into the C- and N-terminuses or internal major immune dominant region of HBc may induce the specific immune response. This paper reviews the structure, design method, adjuvant effect and application of HBc as a vaccine vector.
