医学生基层就业意愿及影响因素分析:以宁夏为例 被引量:6

摘要 基层卫生服务的可获得性最主要的因素是卫生人力。中国新医改在提高基层卫生服务能力上鼓励医学生面向基层就业,并制定了相关政策。该研究以宁夏为例,调查了即将毕业的医学生面对基层就业的政策认知、就业期望、就业意愿,并运用SPSS18.0进行因子分析探讨了影响就业意愿的六大主要影响因素。
