上海国际旅游度假区景观人行桥的结构形式复杂,设计新颖、造型独特,施工难度高。以此为例,详细阐述了此类空间曲梁单边悬索桥施工全过程的项目管理经验,包括项目组织架构、设计及施工关键点、BIM技术的应用、落架成桥施工过程等管理内容,可为同类工程提供参考。
The landscape pedestrian bridge in Shanghai International Tourist Resort features several characteristics of complicated structure, novel design, unique shape and high construction difficulty. Taking the projects as an example, this paper elaborates the overall project management experience of the space curved beam unilateral suspension bridge, including the project organizational structure, the key points of design and construction, the application of BIM technology and the construction process of removing the temporary support when completion, and etc. which can provide references for similar projects.
