摘要
某商业楼由于邻近地铁站房,部分结构无法落地,故对无法落地的部分选用了多层吊挂钢结构。结合工程实际,对多层吊挂钢结构的施工方法进行探索总结,制订了相对应的施工方案,并通过虚拟仿真技术对施工全过程进行模拟分析来论证施工方案的可行性,同时,对施工变形进行预控来提高施工操作的安全性,降低了施工成本。
Some structural part of one commercial building can not land directly on the ground due to its adjacent to the metro station. Therefore a multi-layer suspended steel structure has been selected for substitution. Combined with the engineering practice, the construction method for the multi-layer suspended structure has been summarized and a corresponding construction scheme has been formulated. Furthermore, through the virtual simulation technology, a simulation analysis of the overall construction process has been conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the construction scheme. While at the same time, a pre-control of the construction deformation has been done to improve the safety of the constructional operation and to reduce the construction cost.
