基于护场理论探讨二期缝合促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合

Research on Secondary Suture Promoting Diabetic Foot Ulcers Healing under Guidance of Huchang Theory

目的：观察护场理论指导下二期缝合促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合的疗效。方法：将Wagner 2~4级糖尿病足患者62例分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组采用清创后二期缝合,对照组采用外敷生肌象皮纱条换药。结果：14 d后,治疗组治愈率优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组溃疡愈合时间为（14±3.7）d,对照组为（73±9.8）d（P〈0.05）;治疗组总费用为（1.24±0.17）万元,对照组为（7.83±1.14）万元（P〈0.05）。结论：护场理论指导下二期缝合糖尿病足溃疡,可缩短糖尿病足的疗程,节省医疗费用。

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of secondary suture promoting diabetic foot ulcer heal-ing after the area around the wound establishing＂Huchang＂.MethodsSixty-two cases of diabetic foot weredivided in two groups. Those in experimental group were treated with debride and secondary suture;those incontrol group were treated with change dressings of Xiangpi Shengji Paste.ResultsThe curative effect of thetreatment group was better than that of the control group after 14 days（P〈0.05）. The ulcer healing time in thetreatment group was 14±3.7 days. The ulcer healing time in control group was 73±9.8 days（P〈0.05）. The pa-tients of the treatment group cost a total of 1.24 ± 0.17 ten thousand yuan RMB,and those of the control groupcost a total of 7.83±1.14 ten thousand yuan RMB（P〈0.05）.ConclusionAfter the area around the wound es-tablishing huchang, secondary suture can promote diabetic foot ulcer healing, saving medical costs and alleviat-ing the suffering of patients.
