摘要 通过对玉树蝠蛾(Hepialus yushuensis Chu et Wang)幼虫过冷却点的测定,初步明确了幼虫龄期、体重、生境等因素对其幼虫抗寒能力的影响。3龄幼虫过冷却点低于2龄和4龄幼虫过冷却点,且2龄与3龄幼虫过冷却点无显著差异,3龄与4龄幼虫过冷却点存在显著差异,龄期与幼虫过冷却点没有显著的相关性;幼虫体重与其过冷却点也没有显著相关性;不同生境下,幼虫取食不同的植物,其过冷却点无显著差异。 The effects of different aged larvae, larvae weight and grow environment on cold hardness of Hepialus yushuensis larvae were compared by measuring its supercooling points(SCP) and freezing points(FP). The results showed that 3rd instar larvae was below the2 nd and 4th instar larvae on its SCPs and FPs. There was no significant difference between the 2nd and 3rd instar larvae on its SCPs and FPs. There was a significant difference between the 3nd and 4rd instar larvae on its SCPs and FPs. No significant correlation was observed between the SCP and larval instar. No significant correlation was observed between the SCP and larval weight. The larvae feed different plants in the different habitats. There was no significant difference among SCP.
