摘要
为提高转子动平衡工艺质量,结合JD113电动机的鼠笼型转子制造工艺,从铁心叠压、端环导条组装焊接和转子动平衡等关键工序方面开展分析研究,提出了如何降低转子初始不平衡量和提升转子动平衡试验过程质量的相应控制措施和改进方案,为相同类型的鼠笼型转子制造提升提供了参考。
To improve the quality of the rotor dynamic balancing process, based on the squirrel rotor manufacturing process of the JDll3 motor, this article mainly analyzes some key manufacturing processes including the core laminating, the rings welding and the assembling. Then present some relevant measures with the improved scheme which could reduce the initial unbalance and improve the quality of the rotor dynamic balance experiment technology. It provides some refer- ences for the other sane types of squirrel rotor.
