摘要
对于登高作业的安全措施研究,国内一直比较落后,登高作业者在登高过程中仅凭借自身的掌控来确保自身安全,存在极大的安全隐患。为了提高登高作业的安全性,研究设计了一种自动攀爬装置,其以设备自身作为支点,利用丝杠将电动机的转矩转化为设备向上攀爬的力,使得一台机械设备能够自行沿着钢制直爬梯攀爬至建筑物或结构顶端,同时携带安全绳和部分备件,大幅降低了作业人员攀爬时的劳动强度和安全风险。应用2种绘图软件进行了辅助设计,并着重阐述了采用计算机辅助分析设计的一种专用于该设备的异形钩头,从而实现了设备的预期功能。
The security measures research for climbing operations in China is in the low level, the safety for climbing op erator in the process of climbing exists great security hidden danger, which is only by their own control to ensure their safe- ty. In order to improve the safety of the operation, discuss an equipment itself as a fulcrum, the torque of the motor is transformed into the device to climb up, which makes a mechanical device climb to the top of the building or structure along the steel straight ladder with safety rope and spare parts. It greatly reduces the labor intensity and safety risk of the climbing operations. Two kinds of drawing software are used to aid the design, the special shaped hook which is designed by comput- er aided analysis is mainly expounded.
