宁夏贺兰山红芪的生药学研究

Pharmacognostic study on Hedysarum vicioides of Helan mountain in Ningxia

目的探讨对贺兰山红芪进行生药学研究。方法提取总结贺兰山红芪在性状、显微、理化鉴别方面的生药学鉴别特征。结果贺兰山红芪质地较松泡,表皮颜色较深,从外观性状上可与药典品红芪相区别,此外所含晶纤维、木栓细胞等显微鉴别特征与药典品红芪存在明显差异,但两者均含有多糖、黄酮、皂苷等活性成分。结论此研究可用于贺兰山红芪与药典品红芪的生药鉴别,同时为完善其质量标准提供必要的研究数据。

Objective To study the pharmacognostics on Hedysarum vicioides of Helan mountain in Ningxia. Methods Hedysarum vicioides was extracted and summarized identification characters of pharmacognosy in shapes and properties, micro- scopic characters and physic - chemical identification from Hedysarum vicioides. Results The texture of Hedysarum vicioides was soft and the superficial color was dark ,that it was difference from Hedysarum polybotrys in exterior shapes and properties. In addition,both of them had obviously differences in the microscopic characteristics of crystal fiber,cork cell and so on,hut they all contain the active ingredient of polysaccharide ,flavone and saponin. Conclusion The study is applied to identify Hedysarum vicioides and Hedysarum polybotrys in phar- macognosy. At the same time it is provided necessarily experimental data for perfecting quality standards.
