丙烯酸树脂改性聚硅氧烷涂膜的合成与表征 被引量:3

摘要 聚硅氧烷具有优良的柔顺性、耐高低温性以及表面能低、耐水性好等特点,但其对金属、塑料等的黏结性和成膜性较差。而丙烯酸酯树脂具有优良的黏结性、耐腐蚀性,与塑料等基体具有很好的黏附性。将两者的优点有机结合,制备出性能优异的改性树脂涂膜。结果表明:在75℃条件下,将聚硅氧烷和丙烯酸树脂以1∶2的质量比共混后,加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷固化剂,得到改性聚硅氧烷涂膜。对其最终固化产物进行红外、动态机械分析、硬度、亲疏水性的测试分析,表明合成的改性聚硅氧烷涂膜具有优异的物化性能。最突出的是,其涂膜硬度比现有相关文献中的强度均要高出很多。 Polysiloxane has futures of excellent flexibility, high- and low-temperature resistance and low surface energy, water resistance and so on but poor adhesiveness and film formation to formetals and plastics. However, acrylic resin has excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance, and has a good adhesion with plastic substrate. Thus, this study combined the advantages of the both to prepare the modified resin film with superior performance. The results show that: at 75 ℃ , after blending the silicone and acrylic resin by the mass ratio of 1 : 2 and adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as curing agent, the modified silicone coating film is obtained. After analyzing the final product via infrared, dynamic mechanical analysis and tests of hardness andhydrophily/hydrophobicity, the results show that the synthetic modified silicone coating has excellent physical and chemical properties. The most prominent is that the hardness of the film is much higher than that reported in the existing literatures.
