摘要 采用多巴胺浸泡法改性纺织结构芳纶纤维来增强环氧树脂基复合材料。研究了不同多巴胺浓度和浸泡时间对纤维表面以及复合材料界面性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱方法、原子力显微镜表征了改性前后纤维的表面形貌和基团变化,利用真空辅助树脂灌注(VARI)成型技术制备芳纶纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料,用电子万能材料试验机测试了复合材料的力学性能。基于实验结果,最终确定了多巴胺质量浓度2 g/L、浸泡时间36h为最佳工艺条件。在该条件下制备的纤维表面活性基团和表面粗糙度增加,复合材料的冲击强度、层间剪切强度和拉伸强度分别比未经处理的原板提高13.5%、40.2%和45.1%。 In this study, aramid fiber fabric modified by dopamine immersion was used to reinforce epoxy resin-based composites. The influence of the dopamine concentration and immersion time on the surface of the fiber and interracial properties of the composite were investigated. The variation of surface morphology and element of the fiber before and after modification was observed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and atomic force microscope. Aramid fiber fabric and epoxy matrix composites were made with vacuum assisted resin infusion (VARI) forming technology and their properties were tested by material testing machine. The results show that the optimum modified conditions are as fllows: the dopamine concentration is 2 g/L and the modified time is 36 h. The number of the active group and the roughness of the aramid fiber fabric prepared in such conditions increases, and the impact and shear and tensile strength of the composites are improved by 13.5% , 40. 2% and 45.1% respectively compared to that of the untreated materials.
