摘要 针对当下透光浮雕产品制作工艺拉式生产越来越不能适应动态变化用户对产品个性化的需求,提出了具有柔性和定制化特点的生产制作工艺。根据用户所需以及提供的2D图像,进行图像处理,并结合雕刻软件Zbrush快速完成透光浮雕的3D数据建模。浮雕的制作采用具有"万能制造机"之称的3D打印机制作,能够不受模型形状的限制,摆脱了使用模具制造工艺时的设计模具、开模、注塑等复杂的工艺流程。该制造工艺具有柔性强、投入和制作成本低的优点,能够快速响应用户需求,并能够在市场进行推广。 For the pull mode craftsmanship of lithophane products cannot adapt to the dynamic changes in user's driving demand for individualized products, this paper proposed a flexible and customized production process, which performed image processing based on the user need and the provided 2D image and accomplished 3D data mold rapidly with the curve software of Zbrush. The making of lithophane was finished by 3D printer known as universal machine, which can not be restricted by mode shape and got rid of the complex technological process including design mold, opening mold, injection mold and so on. This manufacture crafts can respond the user need fast and be introduced to the market with the advantages of high flexibility, low investment and production cost.
